Hello, Legitimate is here.~
Today I will bring forth the ASMR subject. About a few years ago I had trouble falling asleep because of my mind wandering through useless thoughts and that ended when I stumbled upon ASMR. So what is ASMR you ask?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of “low-grade euphoria” characterized by “a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin”. It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.
These videos are required to be heard with headphones to get that full 3D-Sound effect. Keep in mind that not everyone is able to feel the “tingles” as the triggers vary from person to person, for example my triggers are soft spoken words, close up whispers and a barber’s trimmer slowly closing in my ear. Yes, I am fully aware how weird and cringe worthy that sounds, but it is something real and I encourage you to try it.
Lets talk about the other side of ASMR. Recently there have been new content creators making kinky ASMR shit that I do not approve (Or do I?) which push the whole ASMR experience to a whole other level, for example ASMRotica, Hungry Lips and a bunch of others. Weird shit I tell you! Like this one time I was just chilling in my sleep when all of a sudden I get woken up to a random anime-girl having orgasms in my right ear. HELL TO THE NAW!
To close this off I will also talk about creepypastas! Why read a creepy story when you can hear the whole thing and in 3D to give you the illusion that you’re actually in that creepy world? Go ahead and listen to a few of those!
That is all for today, goodbye!
