It seems to me as though Hollywood is having one last summer hurrah with three movies of this scale being released on the same day. All three of them look really damn good by my estimation. I would be extremely excited to see The Butler had Oprah Winfrey not have done what she did when promoting the film. I’ll watch it. When it’s available at a Red Box kiosk.
And say what you will about Ashton Kutcher. His acting ability (or lack thereof). But from everything I’ve seen of him in this Jobs film, I think he did a pretty decent job. I could, of course, be dead wrong. Who knows?
And obviously, I’m into the whole, “comic book” thing. I enjoyed Kick-Ass. The sequel seems to be cut from the same tree as its predecessor. So, yeah. I’m looking forward to it.
